Really. They wanted me to be proud of my home and the work they completed for me. TMC repaired or replaced the following: water main, egress window, retaining wall, concrete entry steps, kitchen window, exterior cedar shake siding and trim, roof, gutters, major HVAC work for the boiler and laundry, and electrical and plumbing upgrades and general maintenance. All of these things were done with excellence. TMC Builders will exceed your expectations as well all of their subcontractors. Frank is meticulous about the safety, cleanliness and organization of the site. He kept my project moving faster than any Project Manager I have met in 18 years of renovations. read less

Our remodel with TMC builders was a super smooth process, surpassing all my expectations. We purchased a condo in Snowmass that was about 40 years old and needed a complete overhaul. We also live out of state and would be unable to visit the jobsite, so I needed a contractor I could trust. Frank listened well, understood our vision, and made good recommendations based on what was feasible for our space. He has fantastic attention to detail and is responsive and transparent with his communication. Small hitches (and I mean really small given the size of the job) were handled with extreme professionalism. And he was FULL service, hauled away the old furniture and built our new furniture. He even made the beds, so that our first visit in our new condo would be 100% stress free. I wish I could move him to Texas to remodel our primary residence! read less
